The Weir Community Center is located at 375 FM 1105. Rental Rates as of January 2025 are:
Weir Resident - $400 rental fee; Deposit is $600
Non Resident - $550 rental fee; Deposit is $700
Non-Profit - $200 rental fee; Deposit is $600
The room can comfortably seat 80 with tables and chairs. We have 24 six-foot rectangular tables and 84 chairs.
